1st Employment is now hiring Production Workers for our client, a plastic recycling facility located in Fayetteville, AR. These are part-time, weekend-only opportunities with consistent schedules and great pay, perfect for those looking to earn extra income with just two days of work per week.

We are seeking 100 new Production Workers to join weekend teams across all three shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, depending on shift and position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company committed to sustainability and innovation in consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you’ll be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by sorting materials, feeding machines, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The facility offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to be part of a growing, eco-conscious industry.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work on their feet for the duration of their shift. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
