As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, showcasing available apartments and assisting them throughout the leasing process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling and conducting apartment tours, and performing essential office tasks to maintain a well-organized leasing office.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to phone inquiries, provide accurate information about available units, and assist potential tenants in scheduling tours.
• Property Tours: Showcase apartments to prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities to meet their needs and preferences.
• Administrative Support: Perform basic office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records to ensure efficient operations.
• Resident Relations: Assist current tenants with inquiries and ensure their satisfaction throughout their leasing experience.
