As Grounds & Maintenance personnel in Hot Springs, AR, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and presentation of our outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including weed eating, mowing, pulling weeds, and undertaking light maintenance duties. Additionally, you will be expected to lend a hand with light maintenance tasks inside the building as required.
This position requires individuals who are comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, including exposure to heat during the warmer months and cold during the colder months. Adaptability and resilience to varying environmental factors are key attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Weed Eating: Precision and attention to detail are essential as you trim and edge areas with precision.
- Mowing: Operating and maintaining mowing equipment to ensure lawns are neatly trimmed and presentable.
- Weed Pulling: Removing unwanted vegetation to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Light Maintenance: Assisting with basic maintenance tasks inside the building, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Careful execution of tasks to ensure high standards of maintenance.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and handle a range of maintenance tasks.
